CORRIGENDUM

Hemoglobin and DNA adducts in rats exposed to 2-nitrotoluene

The authors wish to amend the DNA hydrolysis paragraph on p. 781, which contained three typographical errors. The last two sentences should read:

...A second buffer [50 µl, 300 mM NaOAc (pH 5.3)/3 mM ZnSO4] and 30 µl of NP1 (9 U) were added and the reaction was incubated for a further 3 h in a shaking water bath at 37°C. Finally, 60 µl of buffer (500 mM Tris–HCl, pH 8.8) and 15 µl alkaline phosphatase type III (3 U) were added and the reaction was incubated in a shaking water bath, overnight at 37°C.
